Welcome to Tour-lava and our terms & conditions. The following terms and conditions apply when you're shopping at www.tour-lava.com (the "Site") which is why we advise that you read them thoroughly before placing your order. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Site, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means Tour-lava ApS.
From time to time we may update our terms and conditions. If we change or modify any of these, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date they were last revised. Every time you shop with us we will ask you to accept our terms and conditions to make sure you've read and are up-to-date with the latest version.

Placing an order
Orders placed on a public holiday in Denmark or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
We reserve the right to cancel your order, without being liable for compensation or other costs, if your payment details are incorrect or can't be verified, if we have reason to believe that your order's placed with the purpose of committing fraud or if there's an inadvertent error on the website, such as a payment error or similar. If your order gets cancelled due to any of the aforementioned we'll make sure to notify you by email shortly.
Shortly after placing your order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your order history, details of the item you've ordered and your payment and delivery details. If you made a mistake while placing your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible so we can work with you to solve this before shipping.
Prices and payment
Browsing our selection you can choose to view prices in four different valutas; DKK, EUR, USD or GBP. All prices include 25% Danish sales tax/VAT but don't include delivery charges or local customs fees, taxes and duties. At check-out all purchases are charged and shown in Danish Kroner (DKK), regardless of the valuta you’ve previously chosen.
The following means of payment are accepted when shopping with us:
- Visa Electron
- American Express
When your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse we will deduct the DKK amount from your bank account in your own valuta based upon the current exchange rate. If you choose to return your order upon receiving this amount may vary from the originally deducted amount due to the valuta difference. Tour-lava is not responsible to cover this difference.
We do our very best to avoid information errors, but please note that pricing errors can occur. If we find an error in the price of any item you've ordered, we'll inform you shortly and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we're unable to get in contact with you, the order will be cancelled and we'll refund you the amount of the purchase.
Customs and sales/tax VAT
Please note that if you're shopping from outside the EU you won't have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT, which can be refunded from the Danish authorities, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Tour-lava ApS isn't responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. In case of any extra charges or customs clearance you'll be contacted by the carrier. Please be advised that it's your own responsibility to pay for these extra charges and to apply for the refund of the Danish sales tax/VAT from the Danish authorities.
Colors and tones vary a bit from screen to screen and photo to photo due to the color settings of your computer and monitor, and the item's color may appear slightly different upon receiving. We can't guarantee that colors and tones on our Site will be true to life but with that said, we do our best to accurately depict the piece in its nearest color. Very bright and neon colors are the most difficult to capture and may vary more than others.
We make every effort to update our site on a daily basis and only display items that are currently in stock, however there may be instances where incorrect product availability can occur. If you have ordered an item that for some reason is not available or delayed, you will be contacted shortly by email to get the opportunity to revise or cancel your order. If we're unable to contact you or don’t hear back within reasonable time after contacting you, we will cancel the order.
We're not responsible for delays or failure to meet our obligations in relation to the terms and conditions, if the delay or the non-compliance is due to force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Our liabilities to you will never exceed the total purchase amount for your order. In case of force majeure, our obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Tour-lava can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Tour-lava.
We always make sure to check items for any faults before they're being shipped to you. Should you, despite this, receive an item that's not in perfect condition, please notify us right away. Goods are classified as faulty if they're received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear aren't considered faulty.
If we consider your item to be faulty you can exchange it, however, please be aware that we can only replace your item for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If the item can't be replaced you can either request a reduction of the purchase price or receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, including your order number, a description of the issue and images of the claim, as soon as possible after receiving a faulty item.
Occasionally things go wrong and you may want to get in contact with us regarding a complaint about an item purchased from us. If this happens please contact us via email email@example.com and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
Should we not be able to find a solution on the issue you may choose to file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. It's also possible to submit a complaint online via the following website: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/
Should you be a consumer residing in another EU country than Denmark you may use the European Commission online complaints register when submitting your complaint. You may submit the complaint by using the following online form: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting the complaint, you must state our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tour-lava's trademarks include but aren't limited to the Tour-lava name and logo. Please note that your use of this website doesn't grant you any rights to use our trademarks.
Any contracts concluded between us using these terms & conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising in connection with our contract, including its existence or validity, shall - where such dispute can't be settled amicably - be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
